Indianapolis Colts Battle Falcons in German Capital – Week 10 NFL Action
Guten tag, fussball fans. Wie gehts? Everything good I trust on this fine morning kickoff to week 10 coming straight outta Deutschland. Berlin's Olympic Stadium to be exact where at 8.30am CST/9.30am EST and 2.30pm GMT the mighty Indianapolis Colts (seven wins and two losses) face off against the Atlanta Falcons (3-5). The fifth game played on German soil and the initial in the capital city.

And we're off! And we have early drama after Jonathan Taylor receives a short throw, sweeps out for 15 yards to the right then fumbles … only for his center to recover the fumble with the ball retrieval. Colts are in Falcons territory already.

And the excitement continues as the Indianapolis attempts a fourth-down conversion. The gamble fails to pay off as Josh Downs cannot reel in a quick pass from Jones. On the play before the turnover on downs the Falcons defender put a huge hit on tight end Mo Alie-Cox. Atlanta's defense started strong as they try and snap their string of three losses. Was that a missed touchdown by Kyle Pitts? The Falcons player makes a crucial error, he was very open but the ball just swishes through his hands. That moment reflects the high draft pick's professional journey to date.
A disappointing start but it only gets worse for the Atlanta as they turn over possession to the Colts on the 23-yard line. The Falcons quarterback is hunted down and can’t keep hold of the ball.
An agile 22-yard rush from the Colts receiver sets the running back up to easily run for a touchdown on the next snap. Kicker Michael Badgley misses the point after attempt. Oops.

The quarterback recovers from the turnover by marching his Falcons down the field for a score of their own. The wide receiver makes some substantial catches to put them in the red zone then the defense opens up for the running back to run untouched into the end zone through the middle of the defense for 13 yards. The running back finishes it off for a one-yard touchdown of his own. Advantage Atlanta.
