Football Star Aaron Ramsey Increases Bounty for Lost Pet in Mexican Territory to $20,000
Wales football star Ramsey has increased the reward for details regarding his missing pet named Halo to $20,000.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now represents Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, stated that Halo was last seen in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato region.
Halo, who disappeared on October 9th, was wearing a GPS collar, and Ramsey published a map pinpoint of her last known location.
"Any updates regarding our beloved Halo kindly get in touch with us. Substantial incentive for reuniting with her. We are all hoping she is unharmed and can be back to our side shortly," the athlete posted on social media.
Initial Bounty and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey initially revealed that his dog had vanished two weeks ago and has since uploaded multiple pictures of the beloved dog on Instagram.
A $$10k incentive was originally offered, but with lack of updates on Halo's location after a week, the player and his loved ones raised the sum.
"All we desire is our pet back," he stated in a further appeal on his online platforms after the elderly dog disappeared.
The most recent photograph share is a black and white image of the beagle snoozing, her head resting in the crook of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "How I wish to embrace you once more sweet Halo."
Family's Worries and Background
Ramsey has additionally circulated a message from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on social media saying they have several "important concerns" surrounding the disappearance and fear the household "may never get explanations".
"To this day we are still searching for our dog. I fear we will," his wife's post read.
The Welsh skipper joined Mexican top-flight team Pumas UNAM earlier this year and made his debut in Liga MX in August.
Originally from Caerphilly athlete is the initial prominent British Isles player to play in the Mexican league.
