“The standard we had at stages was exceptionally high. That happened. And I would not talk like that if it was untrue. That is the reason, in terms of results, I mentioned we've seen this before. For that reason I feel a change is coming to a shift in fortunes. But for the moment: small things.”

“I saw many, many good things that we did, once more. The issue now is consistency. My narrative would be different the same. That’s why I am a big believer we will manage to fix this.”

The Rangers Boss Response

The victorious boss refused to contemplate a serious challenge even after what felt like a statement victory. “Step by step, so we can develop momentum,” he said. “The confidence in the squad is immense.”
